- Constructed from 6061 grade DNV type certified aluminium C channel structural rails with CNC cut and folded rear ramp sections and 6061 50mm SHS cross beams
- Removable, integrated awning mounts allow the use of any awning to be mounted to the boat rack. These are made from laser cut 3mm 316L SS, TIG welded and powder coated and are super strong giving NO AWNING FLEX unlike other manufacturers. These can be configured for LH & RH mounting orientation. The rack can be purchased with or without provisions for the awning brackets.
- Winch (which is included) is done via a TJM Torq ATV winch which is rated to 4000lbs. The Torq ATV comes standard with a synthetic rope and free spooling clutch and is IP67 rated.
- Rack is rated to carry up to 150kg
- Length and width of the rack can be tailored to suit application at the time of manufacturing.
Covered by a 3 year warranty on all structural components. Winch is covered by a 2 year product warranty
- 1600mm rack is 26kg minus winch
- 1800mm rack is 28kg minus winch
- 2100mm rack is 30kg minus winch

*Price is based on supply only of the boat loader. Installation is offered from our O'Connor workshop and is vehicle & setup specific and charged at an hourly rate.
** Our loader is best suited to be fitted on an aluminium canopy, unfortunately we don't offer a wagon or fiberglass canopy option.
